At Lanilora, we understand that plans can change. Please review the policy below regarding order cancellations and modifications.

Order cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or production. Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel it.

Order changes:
You may request changes to your order, including product selection, color, quantity, or shipping address, within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible due to processing and fulfillment schedules.

Custom or made-to-order items:
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture items cannot be canceled or changed once production has started, as they are created specifically for your order.

How to request a cancellation or change:
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@lanilora.com. Include your order number and the details of your request so we can assist you promptly.

Important notes:
Lanilora is not responsible for orders that cannot be canceled or changed due to delayed communication from the customer.
Approved cancellations will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Lanilora reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
