Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Products at Lanilora are often made or selected according to customer preferences. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed

  • Choosing an incorrect size, dimension, or style for personal space

  • Color or material variation expectations that fall within natural or standard manufacturing tolerances

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (for custom or made-to-order items)

Secure Transactions:

Refund Eligibility:

Sale Items:
